Really? Shevchenko says he could make Chelsea return

Former Chelsea striker Andrei Shevchenko has revealed he could return as a coach.

Prior to Christmas, ex-Stamford Bridge striker Shevchenko was linked with a director's role under Roman Abramovich before Guus Hiddink came in as interim chief.

But the legendary Ukraine forward, now assistant manager for his country, has left the door open to an emotional Blues reunion.

He said: “Life is like that. You never know.

“I have a very good relationship with the club. I will try and be a manager in the future."

Sheva added: “I loved the fans because Chelsea fans are very special. They treated me very well to support me during my time there."
