Manchester United Using Sir Alex Ferguson To Help Seal Cristiano Ronaldo Transfer From Real Madrid – Report

Manchester United have tasked former boss Sir Alex Ferguson with supporting to bring Cristiano Ronaldo back to Old Trafford say reports.

Ronaldo’s future is arguably the most unclear it’s ever been at the moment, with the Portuguese superstar reportedly not enjoying life under new Real Madrid manager Rafael Benitez.

United and French giants PSG are understood to be leading the race to sign the 30-year-old should he leave the Bernabeu, and according to MarcaUnited are hoping that Ferguson can be their secret weapon.

The Scot is reported to have met with his former charge in early November to discuss a potential return to Old Trafford, and it’s also claimed that he’s working with the Glazers in an advisory capacity, with a deal to buy back Ronaldo high up on the agenda.
Ronaldo and Ferguson are known to enjoy a good relationship, and United fans will be hoping their most decorated manager can work wonders for them one more time.
